Over the past 30 years, we have grown from a two-man operation into a successful international company. Our global presence has developed, starting from the headquarters in Germany and expanding to our many subsidiaries around the world.

This MISSION & VISION statement applies to all employees of the inomed group. As a global company, intercultural cooperation and communication are essential practices in our daily work. We all actively contribute to inomed’s diverse and inclusive culture.

Our further education and training system

The further development of our employees is of great importance to inomed. Our training catalogue is available to all colleagues and is constantly being updated. It is based also on the competence model of the inomed group.

It is important that the training is always tailored to the needs of the employees. That is why we offer a wide range of topics and formats (e.g. live online, hybrid or face-to-face). External training courses can also be attended.

In addition to the training courses, there are various opportunities for exchange and networking, all of which have one goal: to strengthen the community within the inomed group and to bring our motto ‘We are ONE inomed’ to life.
