We offer a service for testing or repairing your inomed devices. Our experienced team ensures reliable processing to minimise downtime. You can send in your devices or bring them to us in person. Pack the devices only in the original packaging and ensure that you have adequate transport insurance. If required, you can order a shipping set using our contact form.

inomed’s remote support makes it possible to diagnose and fix technical problems quickly and efficiently without the need for technicians to be on site. This reduces downtime and ensures that your inomed products and systems remain optimally operational. 

Our remote support works simply via TeamViewer, which is already installed on your system. After making an appointment, we will send you the access data.

Network integration
With comprehensive HL7 support, we enable efficient communication and data exchange between different hospital information systems, medical devices and medical staff. Further integration possibilities, such as tablet use, printer connection or facilitated network integration, communicate wirelessly with each other. This leads to seamless and improved patient care, as the relevant data is made available in real time.
Possibility of full HL7 integration into the hospital network. Establishes the interface between the HIS and the IONM device.
