ISIS NeurostimulatorThe ISIS Neurostimulator is a multifunctional constant current stimulator specially designed for intraoperative neurostimulation. It offers 12 high-current (0.2–250 mA) and one low-current (0.01–25 mA) stimulation channels. Maximum flexibility

The 12 channels for high current stimulation (max. 250 mA) and one channel for direct nerve stimulation (max. 25 mA) allow the use of different neurophysiological measurement methods in neurosurgery, epilepsy surgery, general and visceral surgery as well as otorhinolaryngology. The stimulation current can be set in individually definable steps from 0.2 to 250 mA (high current) and 0.01 to 25 mA (direct) and can take the form of a monophasic, biphasic or alternating pulse.

Wide range of research applications
For the test, a weak stimulation current is emitted to a transtympanic electrode via the Neuro­stimulator, whereby the E-BERA curve is recorded using an external device and then analysed.
The flexible programmability of the stimulation sequences establishes the Neurostimulator as a stand-alone application in a variety of research areas, such as epilepsy surgery and the performance of electrical promontory tests.
