There is only one first impression. A successful start at inomed is just as important for our new employees as it is for us as a company.

At inomed, we start with a pre-boarding before the first day of work and go through all the important steps with you in the further onboarding process. This is crucial for whether you, as a new colleague, will settle in well, both personally and professionally, in your day-to-day work. Good onboarding makes it easier to get started, creates satisfaction for everyone involved and sustainably promotes the bond between employees and the company. We look forward to seeing you!

Teamwork is very important at inomed. From day one, you will be invited to team meetings, introduce yourself to your interfaces and get a first impression of the inomed group during a tour. At the ‘New at inomed’ event, you will also meet other new colleagues with whom you can network. In addition, there are plenty of opportunities to have fun with colleagues outside of work.

Where can I get coffee? How can I print? Who do I ask about a locker? What does IONM mean? You will have a buddy by your side from day one. Your buddy will help you in person or digitally to find your way around the inomed group during the first few days and, of course, beyond. He or she is the reference person, guide and social link to the company. All questions are allowed and encouraged!

In order to get you on board in our specialised field, we will put together exactly the training courses for our products that are helpful for an overview and necessary for your work. Additionally, your manager has drawn up a training plan for you, which will provide you with structured training in your professional areas of responsibility.
