International Service Training 2026 – ensuring consistent service worldwide ⚙️
We were delighted to welcome technicians from many countries to our headquarters in Emmendingen, Germany. All participants are now authorised to perform tests and functional checks in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
The training focused on the following topics: technical safety checks in accordance with manufacturer specifications, troubleshooting, remote maintenance, complaint handling, returning systems for repair, covering ISIS IOM systems with the new NeuroExplorer 8.0 software, C2 Xplore, and ISIS MER systems.
The International Service Training Programme is another important part of our expansion of the inomed service network. It ensures competence, speed and local availability – because high customer satisfaction is our top priority.
