The level of flexibility that inomed offers working parents is hard to find anywhere else. Whether it was an early return from parental leave, adjustments to working hours, applications for leave at short notice because the day care centre had to remain closed – inomed is very accommodating to its employees. A part-time working mum only likes to come to work if the family management is also coherent. inomed has recognised this and is implementing its concept very successfully.

As a student, I gained a lot of insight into different departments with my own project and was allowed to carry out interdisciplinary tasks independently. This way, I was able to apply my previously acquired knowledge from my studies and expand it, especially in the disciplines of software/hardware development, construction and neurophysiology.
