Lesion Generator Neuro N50

Neuro N50 is an universal device for all conventional coagulation techniques of minimal invasive pain therapy and neurosurgery.

The programmed temperature control enables to perform controlled lesion techniques. Microprocessors control all functions of the device and display all operation errors, defective electrodes or equipment failures. The lesion generator enables a fast and exact presetting of the selected coagulation temperature and reproducible lesions by programmed power regulation adapted to the connected instrument type.

By temperature controlled coagulation, only the coagulation temperature and coagulation duration is preselected. The device adjusts automatically all further functions including the proportioning of the RF performance.

For documentation of each intervention, values measured can stored and can be displayed graphically on an external printer or a PC.

Applications

  • Thermocoagulation of the Ganglion Gasseri and Ganglion pterygopalatinum
  • Pain therapy interventions at the spinal cord
  • Pain therapy interventions an peripheral nerves and nerves roots
  • Selective Facette denervation
  • Thermocoagulation of the Ramus communicans
  • Sympathicus blockades
  • Rhizotomy
  • DREZ-Tomy
  • Chordotomy

Accessories

A broad rang of instruments can be connected to the Neuro N50 for temperature controlled RF lesioning during neurosurgery or pain treatment depending on the application.

One of the most common application for TC pain electrodes and their isolated RF cannulas. These are connected to  the lesion generator together with temperature controlled (TC) electrodes. [more]
