Mediastinoscopy

inomed has developed special devices and accessories to meet the requirements for mediastinoscopy.

EMG monitoring during mediastinoscopy reduces the risk of injury of the recurrent laryngeal nerve.

For this, the nerve can be identified and monitored at anytime. This can be performed with the CLEO nerve monitor, C2 NerveMonitor and also the NeMo NeuroMonitor.

Several electrodes like the laryngeal adhesive electrode are available for the recording of differential EMG response signals.
